What methods of payment does Alphalite would accept?

Typically, we deal with our clients with T/T(Telegraphic Transfer)payment term, for small order, Paypal is also accepted, we are trying to offer efficient service to our clients, if you prefer other payment terms, please email us for details.

Alphalite Products are certified by PSE, CE, RoHs or other equivalent?

Yes, all of our products are certified with PSE,CE and RoHs, our LED driver and LED Chip parts are in accordance with TUV, UL, Energy Star, CB and SAA,  if you have any doubts,  please email us.

How long would the delivery time take for my trial order.

The lead time would be 7 -15 working days for the most order.

Do you have any product warranty after purchasing the products?

All of our products are under 3 year warranty, some of them are in 5 year.  If you have any questions of the warranty, please contact our after sales service department.

Do you have worked with another clients in our market?

Technically, we would like to support one client in one area, but if you persist in working with us, we would protect your market for you.
